I photographed this sweet little baby’s newborn session earlier this year, and I recently got the chance to see the tremendous growth that can happen in just six months. Specifically, it is amazing to see how much a baby’s personality begins to shine through at this age.

While time often feels like it moves slowly during those first few weeks of newborn struggles, it suddenly feels like you are half a year into brand new territory. Because of this, 6-month milestone photos are some of my favorites to capture. This family is so beautiful, and they are completely obsessed with their little girl. Consequently, every image we captured was filled with genuine joy and connection.
