Oak Brook has a polish to it that most suburbs don’t. From the wide green spaces, the estate-style properties, the forest preserves that feel genuinely wild. it is one o f my favorite suburbs to go work near by at Beatrix in the morning and session afternoon in the evening. The Salt Creek running through it, the wooded trails, the bridges so beautiful. it’s one of the most genuinely beautiful forest preserve settings in DuPage County. Mayslake Peabody Estate is worth considering for families who want something more architectural and dramatic as a backdrop. York Woods is quieter and less visited, which I love for sessions . Where you want to feel like you have the whole place to yourselves. And if you have a property with outdoor space, an in-home or backyard session in Oak Brook. Those are my favorite and they can feel incredibly elevated given the landscape most homes sit on here.
