There is a version of you right now that will never exist again. The way you move through a room differently. How your partner reaches for you without thinking. The quiet moments where you catch yourself with your hand on your belly without even realizing it. As your Chicago maternity photographer, my job is to make sure you never forget her this version of you, right now, on the edge of everything changing
Fully bilingual in English & Spanish — porque este momento merece ser recordado en tu idioma.

Maternity Photography That Feels Like a Sunday Morning
There’s studio. No props. Just you, your partner, and the city you call home. I meet you wherever feels most like you a sun drenched lakefront, a quiet street in your neighborhood, the living room where you’ve been building your nest. The location is just a backdrop for the real story: the way your partner looks at you, the way you hold your belly, the quiet in-between moments that already feel like memories. However, I am not opposed to studio sessions. The Point of of my maternity work is that you find you, in your maternity images.

Your Partner Belongs in These Photos
Some of my favorite maternity images are not of the bump at all they are of the two of you. The forehead rests. The hands intertwined. The laugh that only happens between people who are truly comfortable with each other. Your partner is becoming a parent too, and that deserves to be documented. I actively direct the two of you together in a way that feels natural, romantic, and completely unposed.

Chicago Maternity Photographer: Where We Can Shoot
I photograph maternity sessions all across Chicago and the western suburbs. Some favorite locations:
- The lakefront — golden light, open sky, timeless
- Your neighborhood — Lincoln Park, Pilsen, Oak Park, Logan Square, Evanston, the West Loop
- At home — the nursery, the kitchen, the couch where you’ve been spending your evenings
- The western suburbs — Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Naperville, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton
Don’t see your area? Reach out — I travel throughout Chicagoland.

When to Book Your Chicago Maternity Session
The sweet spot is 28–34 weeks — by then your bump is beautifully round and your energy is still good. Because spring and fall dates fill up fast, I recommend reaching out in your second trimester. Not sure how far along you are? The Bump’s pregnancy week tracker can help.
Additionally, if you are interested in birth or newborn coverage, ask about bundling. Therefore not only is it the easiest way to have your whole first chapter documented, but it also means you already have a trusted photographer lined up for those first days home.

Chicago Maternity Photography — Common Questions
What should I wear?
Whatever feels like you right now. Your favorite dress, your partner’s flannel, a simple wrap I will send a full style guide when you book but there are truly no rules. Comfort and confidence photograph better than anything you could rent.
Can we do the session at home?
Absolutely some of my most beautiful maternity sessions have been entirely at home. The nursery, the kitchen, the bed you have been nesting in. It is intimate and real in a way that no outdoor location can replicate.
Do you photograph just the mom or the couple together?
Both! I always include partner portraits. Your relationship is the foundation of everything that is about to change it deserves to be documented. Make it a family affair, bring the kids!
How long is a session?
Typically 60–90 minutes. Long enough to settle in, move through a few locations or looks, and never feel rushed.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes I am fully bilingual and happy to work entirely in Spanish from inquiry to gallery delivery.
Can I book maternity and newborn together?
Yes and I highly recommend it! Booking both means you already have a trusted photographer lined up for those first days home. Ask me about bundle pricing.
