    As an Evanston IL maternity photographer, I am back sharing one of my favorite families! This session was perfection from the weather to the outfits. Sarah is an incredible mother who inspires me to be patient and kind. Her kids are lucky to have her. Daniel and Sarah asked me to be a part of their birth team again. Specifically, I was very honored to join them. Working as an Evanston IL maternity photographer allows me to document these deep connections.

    This session took place at a historic lighthouse in Evanston IL. Furthermore, I feel like this location works well for older kids. They can explore and play while we capture beautiful images. These three boys were very lovely. Consequently, they made my job feel effortless. This family is simply amazing. Overall, we captured Sarah’s last maternity experience.

    Additionally, capturing a ‘last’ is just as beautiful as a ‘first’. When a season of life ends, it brings a lot of nostalgia. In fact, photographs make sure we remember these times fondly. Therefore, my goal as a maternity photographer is to preserve these memories for you. Instead of just a simple photo, we tell a story of a family growing and changing.

    Moreover, the lighthouse provides a worthy backdrop for any session. Since it has historic charm and beautiful grass, the setting is versatile. As a result, the portraits feel timeless. Whether it is a close-up of a belly or a family hug, the magic is there. Because the lighting was so soft, every shot turned out perfect. I truly love being an Evanston IL maternity photographer because of moments like these.

    Capturing this family on the beach as a Chicago Maternity Photographer was a dream.     I loved every minute of this Evanston lighthouse maternity session with Allyson and Conall. Allyson mentioned she fell in love with this location because it felt like home. and capturing their story at the historic was truly special. Specifically,the way the sand dunes met the water created a peaceful backdrop for their portraits.

    Capturing Anticipation by the Lake

    Furthermore, maternity sessions are quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Although there is often a “storm” of nerves before a baby arrives. there is also so much visible love. For example, seeing how these two looked at each other made the cloudy weather feel warm and bright. Ultimately, I am a lucky girl to capture these moments of devotion before their sweet little boy arrives.
