    A lifetime of love, it seems, for these two! Alejandra and Daniel have been together for 15 years. Now, they are finally expecting their first baby together. Specifically, choosing a location that feels personal is so important. Since Alejandra is a student at this gorgeous campus, the University of Chicago was the perfect choice. It provided the ideal backdrop for their Hyde Park maternity session.

    Historic Hyde Park Maternity Session Inspiration

    Initially, I was blown away by the gothic architecture and rich history of the campus. In fact, I arrived early just to explore the quadrangles. Furthermore, I love connecting locations to a specific part of my clients’ lives. The campus provided a timeless atmosphere. It beautifully mirrored the depth of their relationship during this Hyde Park maternity session.

    Additionally, the late afternoon light was absolute perfection. It hit the stone buildings beautifully. Consequently, we captured a variety of looks. These ranged from grand architectural shots to intimate moments in ivy-covered walkways. As a Chicago Maternity Photographer It was such a blast getting to know these two!
