    The portraits were stunning with that incredible garden backdrop. The bride and groom were glowing and very comfortable together. Finally, the golden hour light bathed the garden in a warm, dreamy filter.     If you are looking for a beautiful getaway, a Galena IL couples photography session is the perfect excuse to explore. Oh, these kids! I call them kids because this is my sister and their partner. Karen is the complete opposite of me. They are eight years younger than me. Consequently, we joke that my parenting started with them. We have spent our whole lives at odds. I have always been about swallowing your feelings and avoiding vulnerability. However, Karen has led most of their life feeling and expressing a ton. I am so proud of the person they have become.

    The Drive for Galena IL Couples Photography

    If you haven’t visited Galena, please find yourself there. My favorite part of the trip is the drive. I love listening to music while I hit the road because it feels incredibly peaceful. In addition, I am a full-album type of girl. I connect songs to specific feelings and drives. Furthermore, I love replaying albums to be transported back to specific moments in time.

    The town itself is so cute! It is full of history and quirkiness. Ultimately, we created this impromptu Galena IL couples photography session just for fun. They are in the early stages of their relationship, and I wish them nothing but the best.
