If you can imagine it this day was a dreadful cold wet morning. I had two sessions and a knee injury. Hectic awful day but with a wonderful ending. I limped through the whole session with Lynda but it was worth it. She reached out to me earlier this summer and I was immediately excited and so nervous because she is too an amazing photographer. I feel like a broken record but working with other creatives makes you question your abilities and it also humbles you. I am so honored when other people who love to create art and work with clients choose me to capture their own lives.
This is Lynda’s 6th baby and first maternity session, last baby as she mentioned. She wanted to capture this special last time in her life. As you can see below she is absolutely beautiful. Her personality is so warm and welcoming, she felt like an old friend from decades before. I have met her in the past and have interacted with her online as well. It was so much fun to create beautiful work with her. With her limited time in Chicago and the crazy weather we were having I got worried we were going to possibly have to cancel. But the sky cleared and the universe conspired for us to make this happen. Yeah I know I’m slightly dramatic. I love that about myself haha.
